"While thinking that you are able to rotate your arm
in such a way
as to cause fear or pain
as it strikes another surface"

Explanation: How is it that someone can assume some level of power or mastered ability of one's own tools, from something so unlikely as psychical violence? It's a trick.
What you possess is a body that you did not create. You did not specify where your bones and ligaments should connect, how blood and nutrients should travel thru your body's infastructure, or how muscle and fat should be stored and used to encourage different aspects of health. No, actually you just inherited this body that you now possess.
And so without regard to the body's intended usage of motor skills, energy, and work completing abilities you suppose to use it however you please, even resorting to violence to satisfy your desires.

But, you are like a child, who when given a toy will use it in unsettling ways. Perhaps an angry child will lash out, and throw a toy at a sibling, for instance. Another toy is given and it is thrown again. Another toy, thrown to the floor.

Now picture a lifeless body awaiting to spring to life as soon as an entity enters therein. And then immediately when entered in, it begins punching and throwing fists about. This entity is charged full of emotion, rage, and a belief that it can wield it's way by way of it's rantings. Now picture again this lifeless body yet only half the size of the original. Again an entity enters and the same result. Its now half-sized arms flailing about in anger and attempting to make known its desire for supremacy and want. And a third time picture a lifeless body, yet a tiny midget now, and immediately when it enters the body arms begin to swing violently. No other emotion other than rage and desire for supremacy are present. You would laugh at this little creature attempting to use its bodily attachments to wield power. Petty it seems.

This is simply a device. A function of, and not the functioner. Don't be a device.
