Now the long stalemate
A glacier divides us
A glacier is not moving
Like a babe
Refusing his portions
Love is cast aside
For emptiness I am full

Walking thru sorrows
The view is mishappen
Foundations are cracked
Colors are peeling away
Thunderings menace the dark of night
Sorrow decays the corridors of the heart

Now the long stalemate
Wait for wind to wear down rocks
Wait for rain to return to clouds
The elements change the landscape
Rough edges become smooth
One day an oyster there be
A pearl found inside
